Return Policy

LovelySkin is dedicated to bringing you the best in beauty. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a return or exchange of the item or order within 30 days of the purchase date.

All parts, pieces, cords, chargers, printed materials, promotional items, gifts with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. (You may keep free gifts and gifts with purchase, but we may charge your account for the full value of the gift.) Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.

We accept up to three individual items to be returned or exchanged in a 365-day period. After three returns or exchanges, you may make another once 365 days have passed from the date each individual return or exchange was processed.

How do I start a return?

If you have registered for a LovelySkin account, simply log in to your account and go to your Orders page. From there, visit the Order Details section. If the items in your order are eligible for a return, this page will provide you with the option to start a return.

If you do not yet have a LovelySkin account and your order was placed with a guest account, navigate to the Order Status page (link located in the footer). Once you enter your order details, eligible orders will have the option to begin a return.

How do I return a product or an order?

Once you have started a return from the Order Details page, you will be given a list of items eligible for a return. Proceed by selecting the items you wish to return. You will then be instructed to provide a reason for the return.

Please note, additional clarification may be required on certain items, such as damaged or defective items. In these special circumstances, you will receive further instructions on how to continue your return.

After all requirements have been met, select your return option. When you return a product, you may receive a full refund credited to your original payment method once your return has been approved and processed. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit, which will be automatically applied to your LovelySkin account.

Reward points are non-refundable for returned items. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed. Once your return is approved, your refund will be submitted. Store credit will appear immediately in your LovelySkin account while refunds to the original form of payment may take 8-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

If you used a LovelySkin gift certificate the gift certificate will be credited back to your account. If you used Brilliant Distinctions points, the amount of BD points used will be lost.

You must also select your preferred return shipping method. You may choose between USPS or UPS via LovelySkin’s optimized shipping rate. Please note, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return.

LovelySkin’s standard return shipping cost is $6.95 for USPS Priority Mail and $11.95 for UPS standard shipping. Different shipping rate options for returns falling under special circumstances are subject to review by the Customer Care team.

If you prefer, you may ship your return using your preferred shipping label, costs and method if the item or order will arrive within the required return period.

To return an order yourself, please package all items securely and in their original packaging. You will be provided a document containing the necessary return details, including a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please write this number on the outside of your package near your address as well as including it inside the package with your items. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days. Returns must be in their original packaging and must be postmarked or have visible tracking within 7 days of receiving an RMA.

LovelySkin is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. As such, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

Finally, review your return details. Once you have verified your return details are correct, you may submit your return request, which will then be processed by the LovelySkin Customer Care team.

How will I know my return request has been approved?

Once your return request has been processed, you will receive an email of confirmation or denial. To ensure this email finds you well, we recommend adding customercare@lovelyskin.com to your contacts to prevent this email from being classified as junk mail. View your return status at any time by visiting the Order Details page in your account. If you do not have a LovelySkin account, you may view your status by selecting the Find Your Order tab under My Account.

Why was my return denied?

All returns are subject to validation and approval by LovelySkin.com. LovelySkin reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. If a return is received in the following condition, LovelySkin will not accept it and/or a fee may apply:

  • Proper return label or RMA (if self-shipping) not on outside of box. Returns without the provided LovelySkin shipping label or if self-shipping, an RMA written on the outside of the box, will not be accepted. If accepted, a fee of $15 will be assessed on the return and deducted from any refund.
  • Order is refused upon delivery. Refusal of an order upon delivery is not an approved return and will be refused. If it’s accepted by our warehouse, a $15 fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.
  • Order is returned with "Return to Sender" notice. Writing Return to Sender is not an acceptable way to return an order. It will not be received by our warehouse and your shipper will return it to the return shipping address. If it is accepted by our warehouse, a $15 fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returned item is not securely packaged for transit. Items not properly secured to prevent damage in transit are subject to a $15 fee. Please use original packing materials or a sturdy box with proper packing. Padded envelopes will not be accepted as goods are often damaged and are unable to be returned to the manufacturer.
  • Returned item is damaged in transit. Return items damaged in transit will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please insure your return with the carrier.
  • Returned item arrives with postage due. If your return arrives with postage due, your order will be refused at the time of delivery. If your package is accepted, a flat $15 postage due fee will be deducted from your refund.

We sincerely appreciate your assistance and understanding in adhering to this return policy. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. Multiple return requests are subject to our review. We may also deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request. In the event an exchange is made, please note the that exchanged item is not eligible for return or exchange. Broken/Damaged Items

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! You may begin a return for your damaged item through our online return process or contact customercare@lovelyskin.com for further instruction. Please note, LovelySkin requires photos of damaged or defective items for insurance purposes. This also allows our shipping and product partners to better serve you in the future. If your product suffers from a nonfunctional pump, we may request additional verification to ensure this is not simply an airless pump in need of priming, as this occurrence is often mistaken for a defect.

If you find any discrepancy in an order please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box or products or we will not be able to assist you to obtain a refund or exchange. It is very important that you retain these materials as we must have them in order to make a claim with the appropriate shipper and without them it is impossible to submit a claim.

Product Concerns

Products can be affected by many things, including how they are stored, long-term exposure to certain temperatures and many other factors. In the event you have a product concern, we ask to be contacted within thirty days of the purchase, so we can provide you with the best available options.

Non-returnable items*

Due to manufacturer specifications, we are unable to accept returns on all Augustinus Bader, asap, blinc, FOREO LUNA play, GlyMed Plus, HUM Nutrition, Joylux, Juice Beauty, Mirabella Beauty, Pevonia, RMS Beauty, SENNA Cosmetics Inc, Sothys, Supersmile, vFit and Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics products. We are also unable to accept returns on all fragrances and nail products.

Any clearance items, discontinued items, final sales items, LovelySkin Gift Certificates, purchased samples, special-order items, or multiple quantity items that require a separate order are considered final sale and non-returnable. This includes special orders on discontinued items and any bulk-ordered item purchased in quantities greater than 3.

Unless otherwise noted, any and all electrical device warranties are void if the device is used outside of the United States. We cannot be responsible for issues related to international voltage use.

Order Modification Requests

To request an order modification please fill out a My Order Contact Form and submit your request.

How do I request to cancel a product or order?

If you have registered for a LovelySkin account, simply navigate to your account and select the Orders page. From there, visit the Order Details section. If your items have not yet shipped, this page will provide you with the option to start a cancellation request.

If you do not yet have a LovelySkin account and your order was placed with a guest account, navigate to the Find Your Order page under My Account. Once you enter your details, items that have not yet shipped will have the option to request cancellation.

How long do I have to modify or cancel my order?

The LovelySkin warehouse operates as fast and efficiently as possible which means we cannot guarantee a modification to your submitted order. In some instances, an order may be shipped within 30 minutes of the completed purchase. You may, however, request a change to see if it is possible. Order items may be cancelled unless they have already shipped. For this reason, cancellations and modifications can never be guaranteed. Your order will reside in a Pending status until the shipping status is confirmed. This typically takes less than 24 hours with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Please note, removing items from your order may cause you to miss out on gifts with purchase, and promotional offers on unshipped items may be removed. However, LovelySkin Rewards will be refunded in the event of a successful cancellation.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee will be assessed. The fee is $15.00 for domestic orders and $30.00 for international orders. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.

Rewards points and member status

If you return a product, any rewards points earned on the purchase of that product will be deducted from your account.
